Study of Percutaneous Absorption of Ginsenoside Rg in Shangke Spray
Objective: To study the percutaneous absorption of ginsenoside Rg1 in Shangke spray in vitro. Method: The transdermal permeation tests of ginsenoside Rg1 in Shangke Spray were performed through excised rat skin in Franz diffusion cells. Ginsenoside Rg1 concentration was determined by HPLC. Result : Ginsenoside Rg1 could penetrate through rat skin. The permeation rate and the lag time were 0.161 mg ·cm-2 ·h-1 and 0.368 h respectively. Conclusion : The research provides experimental data for the design of shangke Spray.
