Comparion of Smashing and Reflux Extraction Process for Astragaloside
Objective: To study smashing and reflux extraction of astragaloside. Method: The extraction process was investigated by smashing and reflux extraction with the extraction of astragalosideⅣ and the rate of extracts as criteria. The measurement conditions were used as follows: Welc C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) column was used with acetonitrile:water (40 ∶60) as mobile phase; the flow rate was 1 mL ·min-1; the temperature of drift tube was set at 80 ℃; gas flow was 50 psi. Result: The conent of astragalosideⅣ of smashing extraction were higher than reflux extraction. Conclusion: Smashing extraction method for astragaloside can save time
working and energy
and it is hoped to be widely used in the pharmaceutical industry.
