均有显著性差异( P <0.05或 P <0.01);市售山药组雌性大鼠肝组织内Na+K+-ATPase活性比对照组高
有显著性差异( P <0.05)。 结论 :长期服用经大量硫磺薰制后的山药可能影响肝组织的氧化应激系统和Na+K+-ATPase过程。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the influence of Sulfur fumigated Dioscorea opposita on antioxidation
Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase
Na+K+-ATPase in liver of rats. Method: Wistar rats were divided randomLy into 4 groups
one control and three experimental groups administrated diets mixed with concentrated extractions from unfumigated
commercial and sulfur fumigated D. opposita respectively. The activities of Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase and Na+K+-ATPase and the level of MDA and activities of SOD and GSH-Px 14 weeks after treatment were measured and observe liver framework of organization change. Result: Results showed that activities of GSH-Px 14 weeks after treatment of unfumigated
commercial D. opposita were significantly increased compared with control group; commercial D. opposita enhanced the activities of Na+K+-ATPase. Conclusion: The long-term use of D. opposita has the possibility to cause lipid peroxidation and change the activities of Na+K+-ATPase in liver.
