目的: 建立同时测定半夏白术天麻汤中天麻素和鸟苷含量测定的方法。 方法: 使用Platisil ODS 色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μ m)柱;流动相A(水)-B(乙腈);梯度洗脱0~30 min(2%~5%B);流速0.65 mL ·min-1;柱温25 ℃;检测波长260 nm。 结果: 天麻素和鸟苷分别在0.007~0.35 g ·L-1(r=0.999 9)和0.000 32~0.016 g ·L-1(r=0.999 9)内线性关系良好
平均回收率分别为99.7%和100.6%
RSD分别为1.9%和2.0%(n=9)。 结论: 所建立的方法准确快速
可用于半夏白术天麻汤复方的质量控制。
Abstract
ObJective: To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of gastrodine and guanosine in Banxia Baizhu Tianmatang. Method: The Platisil ODS-C18 column was used. The mobile phases consisted of water and acetonitrile with gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.65 mL ·min-1 and column temperature was at 25 ℃.The detection wavelength was at 260 nm. Result: Gastrodine and guanosine were linear in the range of 0.007-0.35 g ·L-1 (r=0.999 9) and 0.000 32-0.016 g ·L-1 (r=0.999 9) respectively. The average recoveries were 99.7% and 100.6% with the RSD 1.9% and 2.0% (n=9) respectively. Conclusion: The method was accurate and quick
and can be used for quality control of Compound Pinelliae and Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Grastrodiae Decoction.
