摘要

目的 :建立测定丹芎滴丸中丹参酮ⅡA含量的高效液相法。方法 :选用Eclipse XDB-C18柱 (4.6 mm×150 mm

5 μm)

流动相甲醇-水 (88 ∶12)

流速1.0 mL ·min-1

检测波长268 nm。结果: 丹参酮ⅡA 在 4.48~89.6 μg ·mL-1范围内线性关系良好

平均回收率为99.76%

RSD为1.45%。结论 : 本方法简便可行、重复性好

可用于滴丸中的丹参酮ⅡA含量测定。

Abstract

Objective: To establish the HPLC method for determining tanshinone ⅡA in danxiong dropping pills. Method: The analysis was carried out on a column of Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm

5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-water (88 ∶12) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 268 nm. Result: Tanshinone ⅡA was linear in range of 4.48~89.6 μg ·mL-1. The average recovery was 99.76% and RSD was 1.45%. Conclusion : The method can be used to determine tanshinone ⅡA in danxiong dropping pills.
