摘要

目的 :考察当归-川芎药对配伍复方(芎汤、生化汤、四物汤)中阿魏酸(FA)含量的变化。方法 :用反相高效液相色谱法进行测定。结果 :芎汤、生化汤、四物汤中阿魏酸煎出量依次为(109.4±3.0)mg·L-1

(95.3±1.9)mg·L-1

(85.6±2.0)mg·L-1。结论 :当归-川芎药对配伍桃仁、炮姜、炙甘草

以及配伍白芍、熟地后阿魏酸煎出量均降低。

Abstract

Objective :To study the contents of ferulic acid in chinese herbal compound (Xiongqiongtang

Shenghuatang and Siwutang ) that contain Danggui-Chuanxiong pair compatibility. Method :The contents of ferulic acid was determined by RP-HPLC. Result : The ferulic acid contents in Xiongqiongtang

Shenghuatang and Siwutang was(109.4±3.0)mg ·L -1

(95.3±1.9)mg ·L -1 and(85.6±2.0)mg ·L -1 respectively. Conclusion :The contents of ferulic acid decreased both in the decoctions combined with peach kernel

roasted ginger

baked licorice

and in the decoctions combined with peony root

prepared radix rehmanniae.
