Abstract
Objective : To establish a rapid resolution liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for determination of luteolin in Herba Lamiophlomis . Method :A LC-MS/MS method was set up using Eclipse Plus C18 (2.1 mm×100 mm
3.5 μm)
methanol- 0.1% acetic acid (80 ∶20) as the mobile phase with a flow rate of 0.2 mL·min-1. Result :The luteolin was linear in the range of 5 to 160 ng ·mL-1and the average recovery was 99.27% for luteolin. Conclusion : The method was simple
rapid and accurate and could be used for the determination of luteolin in Herba Lamiophlomis .
