摘要

目的 :探讨消癥汤对子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠腹腔液PGF2α和血清CA125的影响。方法 :实验分为生理盐水组

西药对照组

中药高剂量组

中药低剂量组

每组10只

采用ELISA法

观察子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠腹腔液PGF2α及血清CA125水平浓度。结果 :消癥汤能够降低子宫内膜异位症模型鼠血清CA125水平、腹腔液中PGF2α含量

对异位子宫内膜具有一定的抑制作用。结论 :消癥汤能降低血清CA125水平、腹腔液中PGF2α含量

抑制异位子宫内膜的异常增生。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of Xiaozheng decoction(XZD) resolve in treatingendometriosis model mouse and to explore its Liquid of abdominal cavity PGF2a、serum CA125. Method: Divide into four groups

the group treated with physiological saline

the group treated with western medicine

the group treated with traditional Chinese medicine of high dosage

and the group treated with traditional Chinese medicine of low dosage

each group with ten mouses. By ELISA to observeendometriosis model mouse’s serum CA125andliquid of abdominal cavity PGF2a. Result: XiaoZheng Decoction(XZD) reduce the serum CA125

liquid of abdominal cavity PGF2a of endometriosis model mouse and has some restrained function for endometriosis. Conclusion: XZD has an effect may be achieved by reducing the serum CA125

liquid of abdominal cavity PGF2a

restraining unusual proliferation of endometriosis.
