Extraction Methods of Ganoderma applanatum: Fast Magnetic Sound Generator and Response Surface Analysis
Ganoderma applanatum was extracted with fast magnetic sound generator. Response surface analysis(RSA) with orthogonal experimental design was successfully applied to determine the optimal conditions where the maximum extraction of the G. applanatum with fast magnetic sound generator occurred
which was at ultrasonic intensity 26.6 KHz
magnetic strength 1 252.5 GS
extraction time 40 min and the concentration of ethanol 70%. In this extraction conditions
the yield of extract can reach 11.86%. This study shows that traditional Chinese medicine fast magnetic sound generator is a very effective experimental device for rapid extraction of Chinese medicine.
