摘要

目的 :分离鉴定仙鹤草降糖活性部位的化学成分。方法 :采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20柱等常压柱色谱手段进行分离纯化

通过理化常数和光谱分析鉴定其结构。结果 :从仙鹤草中分得8个化合物

并鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、(2R

3R)-(+)-花旗松素(3)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(4)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(5)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、阿魏酸(7)、没食子酸(8)。结论 :化合物3

8均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective: To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from the active section with lowering blood sugar of agrimony. Method : The compounds were separated by repeated silica gel

Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC chromatographies. The structures of compounds isolated were identified by analysis of their spectral data and chemical properties. Result : Eight compounds were isolated from the active section with lowering blood sugar of agrimony. And their structures were identified as β-sitosterol (1)

daucosterol (2)

taxifolin (3)

quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (4)

hyperin (5)

quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6)

ferulaic acid (7)

gallic acid (8). Conclusion : Compounds 3

8 are isolated from agrimony for the first time.
