摘要

目的 :观察鸦胆子油乳注射液联合放射治疗对中晚期食管癌的近期疗效和生存质量的影响。方法 :70例中晚期食管癌患者随机分为两组

放疗组35例单纯放射治疗

鸦胆子组35例在放射治疗同时给予鸦胆子油乳注射液

观察两组在近期疗效、放疗副反应和生存质量上的差异。结果 :放射治疗组和放射治疗+鸦胆子组的总有效率分别为72%和75%

无统计学意义;生存质量相关评价

两组卡氏评分＞90分以上分别为25.7%和40%

体重减轻Ⅰ度分别为60%和74.3%

血红蛋白＞100 g·L-1分别为85.7%和97.1%

吞咽困难Ⅰ度22.9%和28.6%

P＜0.05。常见的放疗副反应为恶心呕吐、白细胞下降、放射性食管炎

两组发生率分别为34.2%和20.0%

22.8%和25.7%

51.4%和40.0%

P ＜0.05。结论 :鸦胆子油乳注射液联合放疗未能提高中晚期食管癌的近期疗效

但能明显改善患者生存质量和减轻放疗副反应。

Abstract

Objective: To observe Brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with radiotherapy for advanced esophageal cancer short-term efficacy and quality of life. Method: 70 cases of esophageal cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups

35 cases given conventional radiotherapy

35 cases for Brucea javanica oil emulsion plus radiotherapy. Two groups were observed in the efficacy

toxicity

and quality of life differences. Result: Radiotherapy group and Brucea javanica group CR + PR rates were 72% and 75%

KPS score 90 points or more were 25.7% and 40%

Ⅰ degree of weight loss
