摘要

目的: 研究中药茜草中遗传毒性成分Lucidin及其苷Lucidin-3-O-primeveroside(EKU-4)在动物体内的代谢

对茜草的用药安全性进行初步考察。方法: 采用反相高效液相法测定茜草70%乙醇提取物以及ig该提取物一定时间的动物血浆样品。结果: 茜草提取物中均能够检测到Lucidin、EKU-4 及大叶茜草素;茜草70%乙醇提取物

经ig给药后

血浆样品中仅能检测到Lucidin及大叶茜草素

并且给药15 min

Lucidin的血药浓度达到最高

给药后30 min

大叶茜草素的血药浓度达到最高。结论: 由于ig给药前后血浆中未检测到EKU-4

而Lucidin成分有增加的趋势

因此推断中药茜草中EUK-4成分可能分解为Lucidin的形式参与动物体内代谢。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of Da-Fang-Feng-Tang(DFFT) in treating of Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA). Methods : The animal model of type Ⅱ collagen induced arthritis was used. Granules of the DFFT extract were administered by gastric gavage

a severer redness and swelling for arthritic limb and a longer time of clinic manifestation in contract group than treated group

and the IgG level in sera was significantly increased compared contract group to treated group(P<0.05). The gene express of IL-1

TNF-α and IFN-γ were higher in contract group. Conclusion : DFFT express obviously suppressive function on model of type Ⅱ collagen induced arthritis in NIH mouse

and support the belief that DFFT is effective in treating human RA.
