摘要

目的 :建立复方矮地茶片中岩白菜素的含量测定方法。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法

Agient C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250mm

5 μm)

流动相甲醇-水(20 ∶80);流速1.0 mL ·min-1;柱温35 ℃;检测波长275 nm。结果 :岩白菜素在0.050 72~0.760 8 μg呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9)

平均回收率100.6％(n=6)

RSD 1.8％。结论 :本文建立的含量测定方法简便、准确

重复性好

可有效控制复方矮地茶的质量。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of bergenin in compound Fufangaidicha Tablet. Method: Bergenin was determined by HPLC. Agilent DB-Cl8 column (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (20 ∶80). The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1. The column temperature was at 35 ℃; The detection wavelength was at 275 nm. Result : The linear ranges of Bergenin was in 0.050 72~0.760 8 μg (r=0.999 9)

the average recovery (n=9) was 100.6％ with RSD 1.8％. Conclusion : The method can be used for the quality control of Fufangaidicha Tablets.
