参附组T2及T3时点的cTnI增高的幅度显著降低( P <0.01)。 结论 :参附注射液能够降低心肌酶升高的幅度
对肢体缺血再灌注心肌损伤具有显著的保护作用。
Abstract
Objective: To discuss the protection of Shenfu injection on lower limb ischemia-reperfusion-induced myocardial injury in human. Method: 40 patients with lower extremity orthopedic surgery were randomly divided into two groups
20 cases in each group. Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia was selected in all patients. Conventional treatment was used in control group. And on the base of control group
Shenfu injection was used in Shenfu group. Troponin I(cTnI) was detected before relaxing tourniquet (T1)
30 min (T1) and 120 min (T3) after relaxing tourniquet. Result : Compared with that at T1
cTnI at T2 and T3 increased markedly ( P <0.01)
and cTnI at T3 was the highest value. Compared with that in control group
the Increased range of cTnI at T2 and T3 in Shenfu group was decreased significantly ( P <0.01). Conclusion : Shenfu injection can protect lower limb ischemia-reperfusion-induced myocardial injury in human.
