Prevention and Treatment of Phlebitis Using Amebia Plasper
Objective: To discuss the evaluation of amebia plasper that may prevent and treat chemical phlebitis. Method : The test employed 24 health new zealand white rabbits
right ears as test group and left ears as control group. Test group and left group were all injected doxorubicin 5 mg with 2 g ·L-1 concentration and then established an injury model of rabbit ear vein.Test group were given amebia plasper
but control group were not. Result : There were statistically significant in the pathology of partial venous between test group and control on rabbit ear vein(P<0.05). Conclusion : Amebia plasper was a kind of effective medicine to prevent and treat phlebitis from reducing vein injury and protecting blood vessels.
