摘要

目的 :研究以HPLC法同时测定中药退黄外洗液中栀子苷、甘草苷、柚皮苷含量的方法。方法 : 采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱Agilent SB-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

流动相以甲醇-水(40 ∶60)

流速1.0 mL·min-1

检测波长

λ1 238 nm

λ2 283 nm

柱温30 ℃。结果 :栀子苷在5.1~127.5 ng线性关系良好( r =0.999 7)

平均回收率为99.41%

RSD 0.24%(n=6);甘草苷在2.3~53 ng线性关系良好( r =0.999 5)

平均回收率为98.49%

RSD 1.23%(n=6);柚皮苷在4.9~123 ng线性关系良好( r =0.999 9)

平均回收率为99.41%

RSD 0.48%( n =6)。阴性对照无干扰。结论 : 该法操作简便

结果准确可靠

可作为中药退黄外洗液的质量控制方法。

Abstract

Objective :To establish the HPLC method for determination of geniposide liquiritin and naringin in Zhongyaotuihuangwaixiye Lotion. Method :A Agilent SB-C18 Column(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) was used.The mobile phase was methanol-H2O. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The waveleng detection was at 238 nm and 283 nm

flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1. Result :The linear range of Geniposide was within 5.1~127.5 ng(r=0.999 7).The average recovery was 99.41％

RSD was 0.24％(n=6).The linear range of Liquiritin was within2.3~53 ng (r=0.999 5).The average recovery was 98.49％

RSD was 1.23％(n=6).The linear range of naringin was within4.9~123 ng (r=0.999 9).The average revovery was 99.41％

RSD was 0.48％(n=6).The negative sample had no interference. Conclusion :This method is simple

accurate and suitable for its assaying.It can be used for quality control in production of Zhongyao Tuihuang Waixiye Lotion.
