Eliminating exercise-induced fatigue is a hot spot in sport medicine in the world.External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is attracting attention.External treatment of TCM includes moxibustion
acupuncture
massage
external application
herbal fumigation and herbal injection
etc.The effectiveness of external treatment of TCM for eliminating exercise-induced fatigue appears to be the same as medicine taking
and can avoid the risk of mistaking of dopes.A multiple treatment is generally better than a single one.The focus of future research is to research comprehensive use of various external treatments with differentiation of syndromes
utilizing the development in science and technology.
