摘要

目的 :建立养阴清肺颗粒中哈巴俄苷的测定方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法

Hypersil ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)柱

流动相为乙腈和1％醋酸水溶液

线性梯度洗脱 (15 ∶85~60 ∶40 )(0~25 min )

流速1 mL ·min-1

检测波长278 nm

柱温25 ℃。结果 :哈巴俄苷浓度在0.61~12.21 μg线性关系良好

r=0.999 9

平均回收率为97.02%

RSD为0.6%(n=9)。结论 :该方法分离效果好

简便准确

可用于养阴清肺颗粒中哈巴俄苷的含量测定

以控制其质量。

Abstract

Objective: Objective To determine the content of harpagoside in granules of Yangyin Qinfei. Method: A Rp-HPLC method was established . The chromatographic column was Hypersil ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm)

and acetonitile-water (containing 1%acetic acid ) (15 ∶85~60 ∶40 )(0~25 min ) was wsed as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 mL ·min-1

the detection wavelength was at 278 nm

and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Result :The average recovery of harpagoside was 97.02%

and RSD was 0.6%(n=9). Conclusion: The method established can be used to determine the content of Harpagoside in Granules of Yangyin Qinfei.
