摘要

目的 :分析宜昌胡颓子根中挥发油化学成分。方法 :采用固相微萃取/气相色谱/质谱法对宜昌胡颓子根挥发油成分进行分离和鉴定。结果 :共鉴定出21个化学成分

占总挥发性成分的50.95%。化合物结构类型包括醇、酸、酯、烯烃和烷烃等。结论 :宜昌胡颓子根中主要挥发性成分为菜油甾醇 (7.09%)

6-三甲基-2-(3-甲基-1

3-二丙烯)-3-氧三环辛烷 (6.67%)

十七烷 (4.86%)

蒲公英甾醇 (4.55%)

5-溴-4-氧代-4

7-四氢苯并呋喃 (3.94%)

羽扇豆醇 (3.15%)

苯并萘并呋喃 (2.26%)

14-四甲基十六烷 (2.19%)

十八烷 (2.11%) 和 Z -5-十九碳烯 (2.06%)。

Abstract

Objective: To study the volatiles oils of Elaeagnus henryi . Method: The constituents of volatiles oils of E. henryi were analyzed by head-space solid micro-extraction

coupled with GC-MS. Result: 21 compounds were identified from the E.henryi and account for 50.95% of the total volatiles.Alcohols

acids

esters

alkenes and alkanes were dominant volatiles. Conclusion: The main compounds were campesterol (7.09%)

taraxasterol (4.55%)

5-bromo-4-oxo-4

7-tetrahydrobenzofurazan (3.94%)

14-tetramethyl-hexadecane (2.19%)

octadecane (2.11%) and Z -5-nonadecene (2.06%).
