Quantitative Model for Chlorogenic Acid in Yinhuang Granules by NIRS Combined with TQ Software
Objective: To determine the chlorogenic acid in Yinhuang granulesn by near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) combined with TQ software. Method: The near-infrared spectra and HPLC values of the chlorogenic acid in Yinhuang granules from different pharmaceutical factories were collected
and the quantitative calibration model was established with the TQ software.And then
the prediction samples were anylized by the model. Result: The correlation coefficients(R2)
the root-mean-square error of calibration(RMSEC) and the root-mean-square error of cross-validation(RMSECV) of the quantitative calibration model for chlorogenic acid were 0.995
0.123 and 0.412 respectively;the correlation coefficients of prediction(r2)and the root-mean-square error of prediction(RMSEP) were 0.984 and 0.166. Conclusion: The medel was applied for the directed determination of chlorogenic acid in Yinhuang granules.The method is simple
non-polluted and accurate
and could be applied for the fast determination of Yinhuang granules quantities.
