Study on Extraction Process for Total Mollugin in Cream with Protecting Skin Against Radiation by Orthogonal Design
Objective: To study the optimum extraction process of alcohol-soluble components in cream with protecting skin against radiation. Method: By use of orthogonal experimental design L9(34)
four factors that may effect the extraction had been studied
including volume and concentration of alcohol
extracting time and times.And the content of mollugin was determined by HPLC to screen out the best method of extraction conditions. Result :The best extracting technical conditions were as follows:12 times of 95% EtOH
extracting with reflux for 1.5 hours and 3 times. Conclusion :The optimized process was simple
fast and feasible with its stability and repeatability.
