摘要

目的 :研究川芎嗪对妊娠期高血压疾病患者FGR的治疗作用。方法 :随机选取妊娠期高血压疾病合并FGR患者60例

分为对照组、观察组各30例;对照组给予常规硫酸镁治疗

观察组给予硫酸镁+川芎嗪治疗。分别测定对照组、观察组用药前后胎儿的双顶径(BPD)

腹围(AC)

股骨长度(FL)

体重(FW) 增长情况。结果 :对照组与观察组用药前后胎儿的生长情况(BPD

FW)相比有显著性差异。结论 :川芎嗪对妊娠期高血压疾病合并FGR有治疗作用

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the treatment function of ligustrazine in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy FGR. Method: 60 pregnant women were randomly selected. The preeclampsia control group(30 patients with preeclampsia)

The preeclampsia observe group(30 patients with preeclampsia). The preeclampsia control group: To supply routine method useing MgSO4. The preeclampsia observe group: to supply MgSO4and ligustrazine. And simultaneous determined the levels of BPD

FW and after using drugs in the preeclampsia control group and the preeclampsia observe group. Result: All the values in the preeclampsia observe group before and after therapy: It was found that the expression levels of BPD

FW were significantly difference in all these values after therapy. Conclusion: Ligustrazine could treat FGR of Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
