目的 : 建立中药复方祝艾康胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。 方法 : 采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm)
乙腈-水(33 ∶67)为流动相
流速1.0 mL ·min-1
柱温35 ℃
漂移管温度105 ℃
空气流速2.7 L ·min-1。 结果 : 黄芪甲苷在1.515~7.575 μg具良好的线性关系(r=0.999 96)
平均回收率98.83
RSD 1.8%。 结论 : 该法准确、 可靠、 重复性好
可用于控制祝艾康胶囊的质量。
Abstract
Objective: To establish a method of determining the content of astragaloside IV in Zhuaikang Capsule. Method: The separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm
5 μm)column with acetonitrile-water(33 ∶67) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1. Temperature of drift tube was set at 105 ℃. The gas flow rate was at 2.7 L ·min-1. Result: Astragaloside IV was linear in the range of 1.515~7.575 μg(r=0.999 96). The average recovery rate of astragaloside IV was 98.83%
RSD 1.8%. Conclusion: This method is sensitive
accurate
and simple with little interference for the determination of astragaloside IV content. The method can be used for controlling the quality of Zhuaikang Capsule.
