Effect of the Drug Serum Containing Sangjuyin on the Expression of Toll-like Receptors in RAW 264.7 Cells
Objective: To investigate the influence of Sangjuyin drug serum on the expression of TLRs on RAW264.7. Methods: RAW264.7 cell line was stimulated with the drug serum containing Sangjuyin. Expressions of TLRs mRNA were detected with real-time PCR after 24 hours. Results: The serum contained Sangjuyin could upregulated the expression of TLR-3 mRNA and TLR-7 mRNA in RAW264.7 cells. Conclusion: Promoting the expression of Toll-like receptors mRNA may be the elementary basis of Sangjuyin to play the effect.
