摘要

目的 :建立降脂宁有效部位抗氧化生物效应质量评价方法。方法 :采用DPPH法

以维生素C为阳性对照

测定降脂宁有效部位清除DPPH IC50值和抗氧化作用强度

以评价降脂宁质量。结果 :阳性对照(维生素C)清除DPPH IC50为7.43 mg·L-1

降脂宁有效部位清除DPPH IC50为11.50 mg·L-1

抗氧化作用强度为0.646;不同批次药材制备的降脂宁有效部位抗氧化作用强度无明显差异。结论 :该方法简便、准确

可用于降脂宁有效部位抗氧化效应测定和降脂宁质量评价。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a method based on the anti-oxidant biological effects

which could be used to evaluate and control the quality of the anti-oxidation effective fraction of Jiangzhining. Method: The IC50 value and anti-oxidation intensity were measured by DPPH free radical scan

and vitamin C served as a positive control. Result: The IC50 values were 7.43 mg·L-1 and 11.50 mg·L-1 for vitamin C and the effective fraction of Jiangzhining respectively. The anti-oxidation intensity of the effective fraction of Jiangzhining was 0.646. There was no significant difference among the different batches of samples prepared from different batches of herbs. Conclusion: The method was efficient and accurate

and could be used to determine the anti-oxidation intensity and evaluate the quality of Jiangzhining.
