An Experimental Study of Guanxinping on Isoprenaline-induced Myocardial Ischemia
Objective: To observe the effect of Guanxinping on myocardial ischemic injury induced by isoprenaline in rats. Method: Rat myocardial ischemia was induced by subcutaneous injection of isoprenaline(30 mg·kg-1). The effect of Guanxinping on the lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)
serum creatine kinase (CK)
malondial dehyde (MDA)and superoxide dismutase (SOD)was observed. The descent of J point at different time after injection of isoprenaline was examined
and pathological investigation of myocardial injury in rats was carried out. Result: Guanxinping could obviously inhibit the activities of serum CK
LDH
and MDA
enhance serum SOD activity(P<0.01
P<0.05). Guanxinping could inhibit descent of J point in rat myocardial ischemia induced by isoprenaline(P<0.05
P<0.01)
and significantly reduce the extent of myocardial pathological damage. Conclusion: Guanxinping can obviously ameliorate myocardial ischemic injury induced by isoprenaline in rat.
