摘要

目的 :探索颈瘤康贴膏剂的最佳成型工艺

以论证该制剂工艺的可行性及合理性。方法 :以赋形性、黏附性、柔软性、膜残留性、涂展性、均匀性、皮肤跟随性为评价指标

采用单因素及正交设计试验法

对实验结果作等级一致性检验

选择最优成型工艺参数。结果 :制剂配方中以浸膏与辅料按1 ∶2比例混匀

辅料各成分配比为聚乙烯醇 ∶海藻酸钠 ∶甘油 ∶CMC-Na 0.5 ∶2 ∶1 ∶0.8为宜

成型工艺条件以超声法排气

50 ℃常压加热干燥2.5 h

含水达30%

炼合最佳。结论 :颈瘤康贴膏剂成型工艺合理、可行

适用于工业化生产。

for demonstrated the feasibility and the Rationality of preparation technology. Method: Using the Tax shape sex
