Study on Processing Method of Rhizoma Coptidis by Multi-index Orthogonal Design
Objective: To investigate the best technics for preparing Rhizoma Coptidis with objective and quantitative indices by orthogonal experimental design. Method: The amount of ginger juice
baking temperature and baking time were selected as experiment actors and L9(34) orthogonal design was used. The best method was optimized with the relative peak area of common peaks in fingerprints of Rhizoma Coptidis and its bacteriostatic action as the investigate target. Results : The best preparative technic was as follows: Rhizoma Coptidis mixed with 20% ginger juice thoroughly decocted and moistened
baking at 100℃
for 90 min. Conclusion : The method is reasonable
simple
feasible and controllable comparing with the pharmacopeia method.
