Study on Extracting and Drying Technology of Geshen Pill
Objective: To establish the optimal extraction technology of Geshen Pill
and investigate the different drying technology. Method: The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment taking the content of puerarin as index with the amount of solvent
the extraction time and extraction times as factors. And the drying method for water extracts was also optimized. Result: The best extraction condition was: extracting for 1.5 h with 10 folds water 3 times. The spray drying method was the best. Conclusion: The optimum technology is reasonable and effective.
