摘要

目的 :精简处方

便于开发治疗高尿酸血症的有效中药。方法: 采用尿酸生成的前体物质次黄嘌呤(hypoxanthine)为模型药物

制备高尿酸血症动物模型

对比观察泄浊除痹汤原处方12味药物(处方1)及精减处方5味药物(处方2)对血清尿酸水平的影响及对正常小鼠血清尿酸水平的影响。结果: 与高尿酸血症模型组比较

处方1低、高剂量组与处方2低、高剂量组均能显著地降低小鼠血清尿酸水平

两组间无显著性差异。2处方高剂量组亦可降低正常小鼠血清尿酸水平

组间比较无显著性差异。结论: 泄浊除痹汤原方和精简方对高尿酸血症小鼠均有明显的降低血尿酸作用

相对于原方

精简方更经济简便。

Abstract

Objective: To condense the remedy and improve the therapeutic effect of Xiezhuo Chubi decoction experimentally

in order to provide reference for development of traditional Chinese medicine for hyperuricemia. Method: The mouse model of hyperuricemia was established by using hypoxanthine

then therapeutic effect of different compositions of Xiezhuo Chubi decoction on hyperuricemia was compared. Result: The uric acid in hyperuricemia mice was reduced significantly after treatment by Xiezhuo Chubi decoction. The high-dose group of two different compositions of Xiezhuo Chubi decoction could reduce the uric acid in normal mice. There was no significant difference between the two compositions. Conclusion: The different compositions of Xiezhuo Chubi decoction can reduce the uric acid on hyperuricemia in mice.
