Objective: To optimize the preparation technology of Licorice Flavone-β-cyclodextrin encapsulation compounds. Method: The optimum preparation condition was studied by orthogonal test
the inclusion compounds were prepared with solution-agitating technique at the same time
UV was adopted in determining the solubility and dissolution rate. Rusult: The optimum condition was: licorice flavone:β-CD 1 ∶6;inclusion time 2 h;and the inclusion temperature 40 ℃. Conclusion: The solubility and dissolution rate of licorice flavone was improved.
