摘要

目的: 探讨绝经综合征睡眠问题与躯体症状之间的规律研究。方法 :采用关联规则挖掘算法Apriori算法

通过设置最小支持度(10%)和最小可信度(60%)对绝经综合征病例进行关联规则分析

并用提升率评价规则的相关强度。结果 :绝经综合征睡眠问题与躯体症状之间关联规则分析共23条规则

其中10条双向正相关规则

2条单向正相关规则

1条不相关规则。感到肿胀不适

当大笑或咳嗽时无法控制小便与睡眠有问题之间为正相关规则;体重增加与睡眠有问题之间为不相关规则;其余症状与睡眠有问题之间为双向正相关规则。结论 :在绝经综合征患者的睡眠问题与躯体症状之间的规则为绝经综合征的睡眠问题的预防和治疗提供重要参考依据。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application of association rules in sleep problems of menopause. Method: Association rules analysis was applied to menopause data processing through setting minimum support and minimum confidence

using Apriori algorithm in the process. Result: 23 association rules were discovered between sleep and somatization.symptoms. There were 10 two-way association rules

2 association rules

1 non-association rule. Conclusion: Rules of Sleep problems and Somatic symptoms can be discovered by employing association rules in analyzing menopause cases.And these rules provide im portant reference for prevention and cure of sleep issue.
