摘要

目的 :提高麝香牛黄丸的质量标准。方法 :采用薄层色谱法对麝香牛黄丸中的防风、冰片、黄连、黄柏、金银花、当归进行定性鉴别

并采用高效液相色谱法对大黄中的大黄素和大黄酚进行含量测定

色谱柱为Kromasil ODS C18(4.6 mm×200 mm

5 μm)

流速为1.0 mL ·min-1

流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(75 ∶25)

检测波长为254 nm。结果 :防风、冰片、黄连、黄柏薄层色谱分离度好

斑点清晰可见

阴性无干扰;大黄素和大黄酚含量分别在0.041 8 ~0.209 0 μg

0.075 9 ~0.379 2 μg线性关系良好

平均加样回收率分别为99.63%(RSD 2.94%

n=6)

99.63%(RSD 1.83%

n=6)

精密度RSD分别为0.85%

0.80%。结论 :该质量标准收录的方法结果准确

重复性好

可有效控制本品质量

可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Abstract

Objective: To establish the quality standard of Shexiang Niuhuang pill. Method: Angelica sinensis Diels

borneolum Syntheticum

Coptis chinensis Franch and Phellodendron chinense Cortex were identified by TLC

The content of emodin and chrysophanol in Shexiang Niuhuang pill was determined by HPLC

The separation was performed on Kromasil ODS column with methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid (75 ∶25) as mobile phase; The UV detector was set at 254 nm. Result :The spots in the TLC were clear and identified without the interference of negative control. The linear range of Emodin was 0.0418-0.2090 μg

and which of Chrysophanol was 0.0759-0.3792 μg(r=0.9999). Conclusion :The average recovery of Emodin was 99.63% with RSD of 2.94%(n=6)

and which of Chrysophanol was 99.63% with RSD of 1.83%(n=6).
