identify the chemical components. Result: The eaten dry flowers volatile compounds rate is obviously higher. It is 0.13% and 0.06% (mL·g-1)
but it is not change the relative content. Dry and fresh flower were identified about 34 and 19 species of chemical composition. Fresh flower contains more small molecular component
such as formaldehyde
benzene
phenylethyl acetaldehyde
etc. Conclusion: The eaten flower petals total volatile compounds and the relative content of each component has affected. The main components of fresh and dry flower petals are different.
