The Relationship Between Compositions of and Antioxidative Capacity
Objective:To find a suitable way of discovering the connection between different combinations of danshensu protocatechualdehyde caffeic acid and their antioxidative capacity.Methods and Results: The Antioxidative capacity was tested by scavenging the free radical of DPPH.And the mathematical model was constructed to describe the connection between different combinations and their antioxidative capacity by the method of LARS regression.Conclusions:LARS regression is one of efficient way to describe the connection between combinations of compounds and pharmaceutical effect.
