目的 :探讨五味子冻干粉改善果蝇睡眠作用的量效与时效关系。方法 :在恒温、恒湿、自动光控条件下

Abstract

Objective:To study the effect of different solvent extracts of Blumea riparia (BI) DC on bleeding time (BT)，coagulation time (CT) and plasma recalcification time (RT)．Methods:BT was determined by the cutting tail method in mice．CT was tested by the capillary method and the slice method in mice respectively，and RT was tested in vitro in rabbits．Results:BT，CT and RT were shortened by the different solvent extracts of Blnmea riparia (BI) DC．in some degree；The results also showed that 70％ alcohol extract could significantly shorten BT (P<0.01)，CT (P<0.01) in mice，and had very remarkable shortening RT (P<0.01) effect in rabbit．Conclusion:70％ alcohol extract of Blumea riparia (B1.) DC．has stronger hemostasis effect than other extracts．
