Determination of paeoniflorin and hesperidin in Antihernolysis Granule by RP-HPLC
Objective:To determine the contents of paeoniflorin and hesperidin in Antihernolysis Granule. Methods:A Tianhe C18 Column was used with methanol-1% Phosphoric acid (35∶65) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0ml/min.The detecting wavelength was set at 270 nm. Results The linearity of paeoniflorin was good in the range of 0.198 4 ~ 0.992 μg (r=0.997 9 )
The linearity of hesperidin was good in the range of 0.211 2 ~1.056 μg(r=0.999 3 ).The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 99.08%
RSD=1.47%(n=6).The average recovery of hesperidin was 100.67%
RSD=1.60%(n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple
reliable
accurate
and can be applied as the quality control method of Antihernolysis Granule.
