摘要

目的:研究甘草及六一散在大鼠血浆中甘草次酸药动学参数的差异

以探索六一散配伍的合理性。方法:将甘草及六一散制成水煎液

分别灌胃给予SD大鼠

采用HPLC/MS/MS法测定大鼠血浆中甘草次酸的血药浓度

并计算主要药动学参数。结果:给予六一散或甘草后大鼠血浆中甘草次酸的Tmax

AUC0-480:给六一散后分别为:(45.0±10.6)min

(532.8±257.7)ng·mL-1

(72.6±36.5)min

(26568.7±7682.7)ng·mL-1·min-1;给甘草后分别为(240.0±30.4)min

(480.7±157.6)ng·mL-1

(141.4±26.7)min

(100447.4±58896.2)ng·mL-1·min。结论:相对于单用甘草

给予六一散水煎液后大鼠血浆中的甘草次酸达峰时间提前

达峰浓度提高

有利于复方快速而集中的发挥药效。
