Effects of Xinshuaikang Granul on Myocardial Hypertrophy of Chronic Heart Failure in Rats
Objective:The purpose is to observe the effects of Xinshuaikang Granul on ventriculus cordis remodeling of chronic heart failure(CHF) in rats. Methods: The rat model with CHF was induced by constricting abdominal aorta. The contents of AngⅡ
ANP
ET
TNF-α
IL-6 and NE in blood sample were measured by radioimmunoassay and enzymeimmunoassay
and then all rats killed in order to obtain the coefficient of left ventricle and the pathological configuration of heart. Results: Compared with the model group
the common manifestation of model rats were distinctly improved. The contents of AngⅡ
NE in plasma of the treated medicine groups were evidently decreased;the contents of TNF-α
IL-6
ET rat in plasma of Xinshuaikang Granul groups(large
middle dose) were notably decreased;meantime
the drugs could evidently reduced the hypertrophy of left ventricle. Conclusions: Xinshuaikang Granul could reverse ventriculus cordis of CHF model rats
The effects of regulating neure-peptide and cytokines were probably related the mechanisms for treating CHF.
