摘要

目的:评价中药外治法治疗褥疮的疗效。方法:通过检索文献

运用随机对照实验评估表对文献进行评估

采用Jadad质量评分表对文献进行评价

用RevMan4.2软件包进行分析。结果:纳入文献共22篇(共1243例)

异质性检验P=0.10

表明22个研究数据具有同质性;故采用固定效应模式。合并效应量OR=7.21

95%(5.74

9.05);合并效应量的检验Z=17.04

P<0.00001。结论:中药外治法治疗褥疮疗效肯定

比西医外治法更有优势

提高了褥疮治愈率。

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the external traditional Chinese medicine to treat patients with pressure sore.Methods: relevant literatures were reviewed via database and assessed via randomized controlled trial(RCT) scale.A1l reviewed literatures were assessed via Jadad quality scale.Data statistical analyses were performed by RevMan4.1 software.Results:22 pieces of collected articles of RCT were evaluated(including 1243 patients)

so we use the fixed effect model.OR=7.21
