Quantitative Determination of Paeoniflorin in TongRen Niuhuang Qingxin Tablet by HPLC
Objective:To develop an HPLC method for quantitave determination of paeoniflorin in Tongren Niuhuang Qingxin Tablet. Method:The chromatographic column was Symmetry ShieldTM Rp18 (3.9 mm×150 mm
5 μm)
the mobile phase was methanol-0.05 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate(25∶75) with a flow velocity of 0.8 mL·min-1. The detection wave-length was 230 nm
and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results:It was showed that paeoniflorin had a good linear relationship between the concentrations and peak areas in (0.102 6~0.513 0)μg
and the average recovery was 98.94%(RSD=2.05%). Conclusion:This procedure is highly sensitive
and easy to be performed
which can be used in the quantitative determination of paeoniflorin in Tongren Niuhuang Qingxin Tablet.
