摘要

目的:建立测定沉香化滞丸中橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱方法

为其质量控制提供快速、有效的分析方法。方法:色谱柱为Shim-PackCLC-ODS(4.6mm×25mm

5μm)

流动相为乙腈-水(21∶79)

流速为1.0mL·min-1

测波长为283nm。结果:橙皮苷在0.0242～0.4832mg·mL-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为102.5%

RSD=2.0%。结论:该法简便、准确、稳定且无干扰

可用于沉香化滞丸的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Chenxiang Huazhi Pills.Methods:The separation was performed on a Shim-Pack CLC-ODS colum(4.6 mm×250 m

5 μm)with acetonitrile-water(21∶79

v/v)as the mobile phase.The wavelength for detection was 283 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Result:The results showed a good linearity with the concentration range of(0.024 2)～(0.483 2 mg·mL-1

) and the average recovery was 102.5% with relatively standard deviations of 2.0%.Conclusion:This method was found to be simple

accurate and stable.It can be used for the quality control of Chenxiang Huazhi Pills.
