摘要

目的:建立痔炎消胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对方中槐花、金银花、地榆、三七、白芍进行薄层鉴别

并采用HPLC法对制剂中槐花所含芦丁进行了含量测定。结果:槐花、金银花、地榆、三七、白芍的TLC结果好

阴性无干扰。芦丁在0.22～1.08μg范围内具有良好的线性关系
