摘要

目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定飞龙掌血中氯化两面针碱的含量的方法。方法:采用DiamonsilC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm

5μm)

流动相为乙腈-水-0.2%磷酸二氢钠(30∶40∶30)

检测波长328nm

流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果:氯化两面针碱的线性范围为0.03～0.48μg

r=0.9999。平均加样回收率为99.33%

RSD=3.30%。结论:该法简便、准确、重现性好

可用于飞龙掌血的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of nitidine chloride from Toddalia asiatica.Methods: The determination was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm

5 μm).Acetonitrile-water-0.2% monobasic sodium phosphate(30∶40∶30)was used as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The UV detection wavelength was set at 328 nm.Results:The calibration curve of nitidine chloride was in good linearity over the range of 0.03～0.48 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.33% and the RSD was 3.30%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is accurate

simple and reproducible

and can be used to control the quality of Toddalia Asiatica.
