Study on Extract Technology of Alcohol in Danpu Keli with Orthogonal Design
Objective:To optimize the extract technology of Danshen and Chishao in DanPu Keli with orthogonal design.Method:The different factors for the extracting rate of paeoniflorin and tanshinone ⅡA were researched with orthogonal design.Result:The refluence method is best one in all methods.The major influencing factors were the followings alcohol quantity
alcohol concentration
extraction time and extraction number.The best extracting technology was that adding eight times alcohol(80%)
to reflux 1.5 hour and totally to extract 3 times.Three batchs tests showed that the extracting rate of paeoniflorin and tanshinone ⅡA were 91.2%±4.6% and 89.6%±5.2%
respectively.Conclusion:The optimum extracting condition was simple with a high efficiency.
