摘要

目的:建立丹参素钠含量测定方法。方法:HPLC法

色谱柱为SpherisorbC18(4.0mm×250mm

5μm);流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(1∶30∶0.5);检测波长为280nm;柱温室温;流速1.2mL·min-1。结果:丹参素钠含量在(25～250)μg·mL-1范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9992)

平均回收率为99.21%

RSD为0.98%。结论:该法简便、快速、准确、可用于宽心口服液的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:An HPLC method was established for the determination of Danshensu-Sodium.Method: Using Spherisorb C18(4.0 mm×250 mm

5 μm)with the mobile phase consisiting of acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid(1∶30∶0.5);The detective wavelength was 280 nm;The column temperaure was ambient;The flow rate was 1.2 mL·min-1.Result:The standard curve was liner with the range of 25～250 μg·mL-1

r=0.999 2.The average recovery was 99.21%

RSD 0.98%.Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid which can be used for the quality control of Kuanxin Oral Liquor.
