摘要

目的:用高效液相色谱法建立通窍活血汤的指纹图谱分析方法。方法:以阿魏酸、芍药苷为对照品

色谱柱:PhenomenexlunaC18柱(250mm×4.6mm

5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(含0.1%磷酸)梯度洗脱;柱温:30℃;测定波长分别为230nm、280nm、320nm;流速:1.0mL·min-1

研究通窍活血汤HPLC指纹图谱。结果:标示出通窍活血汤特征色谱峰并对其色谱峰进行归属。结论:该方法准确、重复性好

为通窍活血汤的指纹图谱质量控制提供了依据。

Abstract

Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprints of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction for the quality control.Method:Ferulic acid and paeoniflorin were used as reference substances.Phenomenex Luna C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm

5 μm) was used and the methanol and water containing 0.1%phosphoric acid were chosen as the mobile phases in a gradient elution.The column temperature was 30℃ and the fingerprints were detected at 230、280、320 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1

and the analysis lasted 80 min.Result:Characteristic peaks were indicated on HPLC fingerprints and were assigned by comparison of corresponding part of some herbs.Conclusion:It proved that the method is reliable

precise and repeated

which can be used as for quality control of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction.
