Objective:To establish the method of the dissolubility of Andrographis paniculata dropping pills.Methods:Andrographolide as the indicator

the in vitro dissolution and HPLC method were applied to determine the accumulated dissolution rate of andrographolide at the different time.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of(4.932～394.56)μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9).The accumulated dissolution rate of Chuanxinlian dropping pills reached over 85% in 15 min.Conclusion:Chuanxinlian dropping pills which were prepared can improve the dissolution rate of poorly soluble drugs of the kind of andrographolide and advance the bioavailability.
