摘要

目的:测定苦豆子提取物(AL)小鼠灌胃给药的半数致死量

并初步考察其对实验性肝损伤的影响。方法:采用改良寇式法计算半数致死量及95%可信限;以D-氨基半乳糖(GaLN)腹腔注射建立化学性肝损伤模型

以卡介苗加脂多糖小鼠尾静脉注射建立免疫性肝损伤模型

检测小鼠血清转氨酶水平并取其肝脏做组织病理学检查。结果:AL小鼠灌胃给药1次的LD50为689.8mg·kg-1

其95%可信限为607～788mg·kg-1;AL能够显著降低两种肝损伤模型小鼠的血清转氨酶水平

减轻肝细胞病变。结论:苦豆子提取物对实验性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the protective effects of Sophora alopecuroides(AL) on acute toxicity and liver impairment.Methods:LD50 and 95% confidence ig in mice were determined after giving AL.Two experimental liver-impairment models were respectively established with GaIN ip

BCG+LPS iv in mice.The levels of ALT and AST in serum were assayed and liver pathological injury were examined respectively.Results:LD50 of AL was 689.8mg·kg-1 by oral administration

and 95% confidence in mice was(607～788)mg·kg-1.Compared with the model control group

AL can significantly decrease the level of ALT and AST in mice serum of two liver-impairment models and alleviate pathological changes in liver cell.Conclusions:AL has obvious effect for protecting liver.
