Determination of Emodin,Chrysophanol in Yankening Tablets by HPLC
Chrysophanol in Yankening tablets by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:The determination was carried out on a Shim-pack-C18 column(5 μm
150 mm×4.6 mm)eluted with the mobile phase of methanol water containing 0.1% phosphoric acid(85∶15).The detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results:A good linear relationship between the peak areas and the injection amounts was found for emodin within(0.016 128~0.080 64)μg
with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 7
for chrysophanol within(0.032 48~0.162 4)μg
with a correlation coefficient of(0.999 8).The average recovery of Emodin was 97.88%(RSD 1.64%)
and of Chrysophanol was 97.93%(RSD 0.71%).Conclusion: The method is simple
accurate
sensitive and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
